AS Arquitectura is a team of creative youngsters, with innovative approaches and experience in architectural projects of small and large scale, committed to the full satisfaction of our customers.

To consolidate ourselves as a company of integral architectural, interior and furniture design with a national and international reach.

Architect. Born in Merida, Yucatan on October 8th, 1978. Studies architecture at Universidad Marista de Mérida, the college that she then represented at the 17th contest of architectural composition Ing. Alberto J. Pani at UNAM, Mexico City.
In her professional development she worked at the firm Duarte Aznar Arquitectos from 1998 to 2004, were she was involved in the of projects like Inalambrica Sports Complex, Yucatan’s Regional Oncology Institute, the remodeling of Santa Ana’s Market, Kin-Ha Residential Complex, the Regional Hospital of High Specialty, among others.
From 2002-2004 she works as an architecture teacher at Universidad Marista de Mérida on the “Architecture Tech” course, to then move on to become the Academic Coordinator (2003-2004).
In 2004 she founds AS Arquitectura + Diseño SCP alongside her brother Xavier, in which she stays partner and were she has developed many projects and obtained various recognitions.
As partners of the firm AS Arquitectura, Alejandra and Xavier have developed a wide range of projects among which stand out several houses, residential and commercial buildings, hotels, offices and institutional complexes in Yucatan, Campeche, Quintana Roo, Tabasco and Mexico City.

Architect. Born in Merida, Yucatan on October 18th, 1979. Studies architecture at Universidad Marista de Mérida from 1998-2004 and during this stage participates in a wide range of contest were he obtained the following recognitions:
2003. First place in the 1st regional design competition of educational spaces convened by the SEP.
2004. First Place in the selection process for the 16th national meeting of architecture students (ENEA) in Saltillo, Coahuila.
2004. Second place in the 16th national meeting of architecture students (ENEA) in Saltillo, Coahuila.
2004. 1st finalist in the 20th contest of architectural composition Ing. Alberto J. Pani at UNAM, Mexico City.
2004. Honourable Mention in the 2nd stage of the 20th contest of architectural composition Ing. Alberto J. Pani in Acapulco, Guerrero.
In his professional development he worked at the firm Ivan Castellanos Arquitectos from 2001 to 2002, to then move on to Muñoz Arquitectos Asociados (2002-2004) were he became part of the design team that Arq. Javier Muñoz Menéndez leads, he worked in various projects, such as: PGJ Yucatan, the San Benito Market, Mexico’s Senate, the MG Rover dealership, Hotel Secreto, Casa Mameyales, Casa Cholul, and the remodeling of Merida’s VW.
In 2004 he founds AS Arquitectura + Diseño SCP alongside his sister Alejandra, in which he stays partner and were he has developed many projects and obtained various recognitions.
From 2009 to 2015 imparts the Architectural Design course at Universidad Marista de Mérida, alongside Arq. Augusto Quijano Axle.
In 2011 Xavier gets invited to participate at the 2nd Biennale of Architecture of Cancun, Quintana Roo as a part of the jury.
